Gift cards may be used as full or partial payment towards an eligible order. Any remaining balance can be used on a future purchase.
E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash change will be provided.
Washy London cannot accept responsibility for gift cards that are lost, stolen, deleted or used without permission.
Where a refund is approved for an order purchased using an e-gift card, the relevant amount will be returned to the original gift card.
